Teacher terms and publishing responsibilities

Teachers must be approved, follow child-safety rules, own or license everything they publish, and accept curriculum review before any course becomes public.

Important operational notice

This page summarizes product requirements and is not a substitute for the final counsel-approved teacher agreement, screening consent, tax terms, and payout agreement.

Professional and content standards

  • Provide accurate professional information and respond to verification requests.
  • Use correct, respectful Afaan Oromoo and identify dialect or regional context where relevant.
  • Publish only original or properly licensed media, music, images, worksheets, and readings.
  • Provide measurable outcomes, age-appropriate instruction, captions or transcripts where required, and accessible resources.

Child protection

  • Never request or share a child’s private phone number, email, social account, address, or meeting credentials.
  • Never privately message a child or move communication outside approved guardian-visible channels.
  • Follow recording disclosure, consent, reporting, attendance, and incident-escalation procedures.

Publishing and earnings

Teachers cannot publish directly. Reviewers may request changes, pause, reject, or unpublish content. Revenue share is snapshotted per order; earnings remain held through refund and compliance windows and are paid only after payout onboarding.
