Placement and consent

Guardians provide emergency contacts, authorized adults, required acknowledgments, learner goals, timezone, and placement information.

02 · During the term

Instruction and evidence

Teachers record attendance, grade assignments, and assess progress while communication stays within guardian-safe channels.

03 · At term end

Progress and next step

Families receive a private report with teacher comments, strengths, practice priorities, and a recommended next path.

Enrollment policy

Parents enroll. Learners receive access.

Afaan Oromoo After School is marketed and sold to adults. A parent or guardian purchases the term, creates or selects a private learner profile, and controls access to class and learning materials.
