Platform controls
- No independent child sign-up or sign-in, public child profiles, learner directory, advertising, payment access, or unrestricted external links.
- A verified parent email, legal-authority attestation, affirmative consent, and an active guardian relationship are required before a dependent profile can enroll or open course materials.
- No private teacher-to-child messaging; communication is guardian-routed and auditable.
- Protected classroom credentials, waiting rooms, controlled chat, platform display names, and consent-aware recording policies.
- Server-side guardian checks protect enrollment, checkout, lessons, progress, quizzes, and live-class access. Revoked consent or guardianship closes access immediately.
- If authorization expires between checkout and payment confirmation, no child enrollment is created and the payment is queued for refund review.
- Immutable audit entries record sensitive administrative, review, safety, payment, consent, and enrollment actions.
Report a concern
Use the support channel for safety, privacy, conduct, copyright, or classroom concerns. Do not include identity-document numbers or unnecessary child information in the initial report.
